The 9-hour EMDR Intensive is a carefully structured process designed to help you make significant progress in a condensed time frame. The structured approach below creates a clear path for healing, and your life could significantly change in one weekend.

intake session

It begins with a 1.5-hour intake session where we’ll review your goals, explain what to expect during the intensive, discuss your personal history, and create a personalized self-care plan to ensure you're prepared for the work ahead.

reprocessing sessions

The following week, we’ll dive into two 3-hour reprocessing sessions, where we focus on unburdening trauma and processing the emotions tied to past experiences.

assessment

In the final session, we’ll meet for 1.5 hours to reflect on the results, assess your progress, and conduct future-focused EMDR to set you up for continued success.
